How I got the idea for my weight
So how I got the idea on doing my weight is by just using the stuff I had at home. For example how I did my weight is by using a Gatorade bottle and adding rice to it so it can give it more weight. Also, another way is by adding water into the bottle so it can be even more heavy. Or you can also use beans in your bottle.

You can use the weight by lifting it up and down 50 times each arm. Also, you can use it when your doing lunges so your using more weight. When your doing sit ups you can place it on your stomach for when your doing curl ups. You can use it while your running so you have more weight. Lastly, you can use it when your arm is hurt so you get your strength back because it’s not to heavy and it’s not too light.
Why is it convenient
How it is convenient is that you can use it everyday at home. You can make many more out of water, rice, beans and etc... Also, you can buy bigger bottles or your weight. That way the weight can be more heavy if you think it’s too light.
